I am the owner of Rocky Mountain Wellness, a natural health care clinic offering gentle chiropractic, Japanese Acupuncture, Kampo (Japanese Herbs) Nutrition.

We specialize in dealing with symptoms of stress including headaches, fatigue, pain or tension in the neck, back and shoulders, Sleep troubles, digestive troubles, irritability, mood swings, weight management, hormone imbalances, and fibromyalgia.

Born and raised in Minnesota, spent nearly 5 years in Japan fine tuning my Japanese language ability, training in the martial arts and delving into spiritual paths and metaphysics. Returned to the United States to get Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, and train in Japanese Acupuncture. Now own and operate Rocky Mountain Wellness and Castle Rock Aikido.
